Returns & Changes

Every Afterprint edition is personalized from a specific event’s photos, stories, and guest submissions. Because the work is custom, completed digital editions and printed editions are generally not returnable for a change of mind.

Before We Start

If your event has changed or you ordered the wrong package, contact us as soon as possible with your order reference. We will do our best to help before your private upload setup or editorial work begins.

If Something Is Wrong

If your delivered edition has a production issue or does not match the approved event details, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order reference and a clear description (with photos for a print issue). We will review the issue and work toward the appropriate resolution.

Physical Editions

Physical editions are fulfilled manually within the U.S. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was ours.
